Lots 1 and 2 are deficient in area required to support single family dwellings; 2. Lots 2, 4, and 5 do not meet the ordinance requirements of 110 feet average minimum depth; 3. According to t;ie ordinances a 30 foot street right-of-way would be classified as insufficient; 4.
