On the May 27, 2003 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2003-007 submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Tony Yang requesting a Special Use Permit to operate an adult day care
facility at 5650 Lilac Drive North.
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2003-007 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their May 15, 2003 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
