The use is a beauty shop in her home. The approval required that the pervii—L was for a two year period, and that a second exit be constructed from the basement. The applicant installed the second exit but did not conmence operations until approximately one year From date of approval.. As ve recall, there was concern as to traffic in -the neighborhood. �- A petition was submitted by neighbors stating no objection to the use, however. A public hearing has been :scheduled. We have no record of complaints against the use. Approval is recommended subject to the condition that the use is subject to applicable ordinance requirements and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation of the permit.
