Gentlemen:
We have filed with the Village a copy of the plans for construction
of a service station in the new shopping center to be developed by
the Futterman Corporation. You have asked for assurance that we
have sufficient space for parking customers' cars.
In addition to the parking space on the service station site itself,
we have a clause in our lease, Paragraph 25 on Page 23 which reads
"Lessee's operators, and their customers and employees shall have
the right to use the parking areas of said Shopping Center for parking
purposes in common with the other tenants of the Shopping Center and
their employees, invitees, and customers, subject, however, to Lessor's
reasonable rules and regulations."
