ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 15th of January, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Eastbrook Estates 2nd Addition for the property described as follows:

Otulot A, Ditxler Addition
Lot 2, Block 1, Swanco Terrace
Lot 30, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 310
Lot 29, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 310
Lot 28, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 310
The Westerly 100 feet of Lot 27, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 310
The East 75 ft. of the West 175 ft. of that part lying North of the South 112 ft. of Lot 27, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 310
Unplatted MN DOT remnant parce
This property is more commonly described as the Southwest quadrant of T. H. 252 and 69th Avenue North.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by David Evanson, Eastbrook Properties, LLC, for Preliminary Plat approval to combine six lots, two outlots and surplus unplatted MN
DOT highway right of way located at the southwest quadrant of T. H. 252 and 69th Avenue North and divide it into 29 single family residential lots to be known as Eastbrook Estates 2nd
Addition.
