H. 252 and 69th Avenue North. Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by David Evanson, Eastbrook Properties, LLC, for Preliminary Plat approval to combine six lots, two outlots and surplus unplatted MN DOT highway right of way located at the southwest quadrant of T.
