Tippmann Bear Creek Capital, LLC 9549 Montgomery Road Cincinnatti, OH 55242 Dear Mr. Tippmann: Please be advised that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center will review Planning Commission Application No. 2005-002 and 2005-003, submitted for Preliminary Plat approval and Planned Unit Development/Rezoning, at its meeting on Monday, February 28, 2005 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 630l Shingle Creek Parkway. This City Council Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and this matter will be considered as soon thereafter as the City Council's agenda will permit. The applicant or a designated representative must be present at this meeting. Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.
