Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by Bear Creek Capital, LLC for PUD/Rezoning from R-1 (One Family Residence) and C-1 (Service/Office) to PUD/C-2 (Planned Unit Development /Commerce) and development plan approval for development of a CVS Pharmacy at the Northwest Corner of County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard.
