INFORMATIONAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday, February 28, 2005 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin
at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of
the agenda items.
TYPE OF REQUEST: Planed Unit Development/Rezoning
PETITIONER: Bear Creek Capital, LLC on behalf of CVS Pharmacy
PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: Northwest corner of County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard
Legal Description: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, Grimme's Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by Bear Creek Capital, LLC for PUD/Rezoning from R-1 (One Family Residence) and C-1 (Service/Office) to PUD/C-2 (Planned
Unit Development /Commerce) and development plan approval for development of a CVS Pharmacy at the Northwest Corner of County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance. Please contact the City Clerk at 763-569-3300 to make arrangements.
