The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items. TYPE OF REQUEST: Planed Unit Development/Rezoning PETITIONER: Bear Creek Capital, LLC on behalf of CVS Pharmacy PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: Northwest corner of County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard Legal Description: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, Grimme's Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by Bear Creek Capital, LLC for PUD/Rezoning from R-1 (One Family Residence) and C-1 (Service/Office) to PUD/C-2 (Planned Unit Development /Commerce) and development plan approval for development of a CVS Pharmacy at the Northwest Corner of County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard.
