On the February 28, 2005 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2005-004 submitted by Gary Swenson requesting a Variance to allow a subdivision of land by metes and
bounds description rather than by a formal plat at 5445 and 5441 Camden Avenue North
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2005-004 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their February 17, 2005 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
