Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by LHB Corporation for Rezoning from C1A (Service-Office, no Height Limit) to PUD/C1A (Planned Unit Development/Service-Office, no Height Limit) and Development Plan Approval for a 250 room hotel and water park on a 6.2 acre site to be addressed 6300 Earle Brown Drive.
