INFORMATIONAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday, June 27, 2005 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin at
7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the
agenda items.

Planned Unit Development Rezoning from C1A (Service-Office, No Height Limit) to PUD/C1A (Planned Unit Development/Service-Office, no Height Limit) and Development Plan Approval for a
250 Room Hotel and Waterpark on a 6.2 acre site to be addressed 6300 Earle Brown Drive.
