Please be advised that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center will review Planning Commission Application No. 2006-001, submitted for a Planned Unit Development Amendment and
Site and Building Plan approval to construct a new 10,000 sq. ft. retail mall, at its meeting on Monday, February 27, 2006 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 630l Shingle Creek Parkway.
This City Council Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and this matter will be considered as soon thereafter as the City Council's agenda will permit.
The applicant or a designated representative must be present at this meeting.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance. Please contact the City Clerk at 763-569-3300 to make arrangements.
