COUNCIL ACTION ai Denied this day of 19 1 4, with the following amendment in Clerk PLANNING C01AMISSION IN'FOP14ATIO14 SHEET Application No. Applicantz Description of Request: Property: BACKGROUND: 69035 Shopper's City Site and building plan approval for store additions to the meat cooler area, food receiving, ,Hain receiving and east end of the existing building. 3600 - 63rd Avenue North 1) Application No. 68066 approved additions to the meat cooler area, food receiving and main receiving areas, however this application increase the size of the proposed additions to food receiving and the main receiving areas. included in this new application is the proposed addition to the east end of the building. 2) it is because of less restrictive parking requirements as they apply to "other retail stores or centers" that Shopper's City now wishes to expand their physical plant to the limits of these new requirements. 3) This application in effect nullifies No. 68066 for which neither a performance agreement was executed nor building permits issued. POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED: 1) The existing traffic recommendations made in 1961 by Bather and Associates should be continued as illustrated in the parking layout plans, including delineation of existing lanes to the south by installation of poured in place concrete curbing. 2) The resurfacing oJO he parking lot should be included as a part of site improvements completed with these store additions. 3) Parking lot perimeter curbing should be installed on south and west sides when the parking lot is resurfaced, an and parking stalls shall be painted as specified by the Zoning Ordinance. 4) A performance bond fin an amount to lie determined by the City Manager) should be provided as a guarantee of compliance with these site plans.
