On the January 22, 2007 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2007-001 submitted by Diana Peppe requesting Special Use Permit approval to operate a recording studio
at 3518 Woodbine Lane
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2007-001 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their January 11,2007 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
