HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007-006 Notice PC Highway 252 and 66th Avenue North CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER PLANNING COMMISSION 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway 763-569-3330 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall, 630l Shingle Creek Parkway to consider the petition described below: TYPE OF REQUEST: Planned Unit Development PETITIONER: Manley Commercial, Inc. PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: Northwest of Highway 252 and 66th Avenue N Legal Description: Lot 3, Block 1, Holiday Brooklyn Center Addition. Subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on plat and subject to all right of access as shown on plat by the access restriction symbol as show in deed Doc. No. 1692268. And Outlot A, Riverwood Townhomes, except that part thereof shown as Parcel 11 on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered 27-20. Subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat of DeMac Addition. And Tract M. Registered Land Survey No. 80, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to minerals and mineral rights as reserved y the State of Minnesota. And Tract L. Registered Land Survey No. 80 Hennepin County, Minnesota. Which lies westerly of Line A described below. Commencing at Right of Way Boundary Corner B-26, as shown on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered 27-20 as the same is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Hennepin County, thence run westerly on an azimuth of 269 degrees 08 minutes 50 seconds, along the boundary of said plat for 8.0 feet to the point of beginning of Line A to be described, said point being on the northerly line of said Tract 1 (L); thence on an azimuth of 179 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds for 99.75 feet to Right of Way Boundary Corner B-23 and there terminating. Together with all right of access control, being the right of ingress to and egress for that part of parcel 132A herein conveyed to the land adjacent thereto. Subject to the following restrictions and reservations. No access shall be permitted to Trunk Highway No. 110 renumbered 252 from the land therein described and conveyed in Parcel 12A of S.P. 2748 (252=110) 903. BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: Planned Unit Development for a three building 25,500 sq. ft. commercial retail/service center.
