NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 12th of April, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Twin Lake Townhomes for the property described as follows:
That part of Lot 4 lying North of the South 8 feet thereof and the South half of Lot 5, Block 5, Hennepin County
This property is more commonly described as 4821 Twin Lake Avenue.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Global Construction & Investment Co., Inc. for Preliminary Plat approval to create a parcel for development of an owner occupied
townhouse.
