To Whom It May Concern:
In building a garage, a request has been made of me by
Mr. Bartos, to be allowed a two foot variance closer to my lot
line than the required five feet, bringing his garage three feet
from my lot line. This has my complete approval as this imposes
no hardship on me or my property at the present and will not, Ilm
sure, in the future.
