TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center will hold a public hearing on Thursday February 14, 2008 at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall,
630l Shingle Creek Parkway to consider the petition described below:

Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 1, Howe Inc. 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Abstract and Torrens Property
The Torrens portion of said lot is described as follows: That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Howe Inc. 2nd Addition lying Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of Block 4, “Brooklyn Manor”
and its Southeasterly extension as said line is shown on the plat of said Howe Inc. 2nd Addition.
And
That part of Lot 1, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 208, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying North of a line run at right angles with the Easterly line of said lot through a point in the Westerly
line of said lot, distant 168.13 feet North from the Southwest corner of said lot and South of a line drawn between the following two points: the first being on the West line of said
Lot; distant 210.7 feet Southerly from the West Quarter corner of Section 11, Township 118, Range 21, or 119 feet Southerly from the intersection of the Westerly line of Section 11,
and the Westerly line of Osseo Road and the second being 127.1 feet Southeasterly from said point of intersection of the West line of Section 11, and the West line of Osseo Road and
also except that part taken for public highway, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by RER Acquisitions, LLC for PUD/Rezoning from I-2 (General Industry) to PUD/I-1 (Planned Unit Development/Industrial
Park) and development plan approval for redevelopment of the old Howe Fertilizer site with a 50,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility at the above location.
