HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-004 Legal Notice PC 6700 and 6800 Brooklyn Boulevard NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLAT CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 17th of July, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Bri Mar 2nd Addition for the property described as follows: Bri Mar Addition, Lot 2, Block 1, and Bri Mar Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, and Auditor’s Subdivision No. 25, Lot 3, WLY 150 34/100 ft. of ELY601 36/100 T of that part of Lot 3 lying N of a line par with and dis 289 74/100 ft. S from center line of road, and Auditor’s Subdivision No. 25, Lot 3, WYL 150 355/1000 ft. of ELY 751, 715/1000 ft. of that part of Lot 3 lying N of a line par with and dis 289 74/100 ft. S from center line of road, and Chrysler Realty Addition; Lot 1, Block 1, Metes and Bounds, Subject to Hwy. This property is more commonly described as 6700 Brooklyn Boulevard, 6800 Brooklyn Boulevard, 4011 69th Avenue North, 4101 69th Avenue North and 4215 69th Avenue North. Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by The Luther Company LLLP for preliminary plat approval to create two new lots for the redevelopment of two new automobile dealerships (Honda and Toyota) on the east side of Brooklyn Boulevard between I-94 and 69th Avenue North.
