NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 31st of July, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Rosneau Addition for the property described as follows:
That part of Lots 59 and 60, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 218, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the east line of said Lot 59, distant 248 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; thence North along the east line of said Lots 59 and 60; thence West along
the North line of said Lot 60 a distance of 331.16 ft; thence South along a line, which if extended would intersect the south line of said Lot 59 at a point 330.76 feet west of the southeast
corner thereof, a distance of 371.1 feet to a point distant 248 feet north of the south line of said Lot 59; thence East parallel with the south line of said Lot 59 a distance of 330.91
feet to the point of beginning.
This property is more commonly described as 5827 Humboldt Ave N.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Lutheran Church of the Triune God to divide the property creating a separate lot for the old church parsonage.
