NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 15th of January, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as Richardson Industrial Park 3rd Addition for the property described as follows:
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1477, Hennepin County, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Richardson Park 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
This property is more commonly described as the SW Quadrant of the intersection of Freeway Blvd and Humboldt Avenue North.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by the City of Brooklyn Center EDA to combine three existing lots and divide into two new lots to create an 8.25 and 5.23 acre lots.
