SUBJECT: Planning Commission Application No. 2010-008 (2900 Northway Drive - Site & Building Plan Approval)
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the Planning Commission Application No. 2010-008 Submitted by Gary Brummer/G B Homes for Site
& Building Plan Approval).
Background:
On the June 14, 2010 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2010-087 submitted by Gary Brummer/G B Homes requesting Site and Building Plan approval for construction
of a 6,000 sq. ft. community room with indoor pool, party room, exercise room, and offices for Gateway Commons. This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their May 27,
2010 meeting and was recommended for approval.
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2010-008, an area map showing the location of the property under
consideration, various site and building plans for the proposed development, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting
documents included in this review.
