The zoning proposed would allow commercial uses adjacent to 66th Avenue (a motel and service station if special use permits were to be granted) and townhouses between this B3 zoning and R1 zoning to the north. POINTS TO BE CONSIDIMED: 1) The applicant has revised his plans to incorporate transitional zoning suggested by the Commission.
