BACKGROM :
1) Mr. Hawkes' present garage is 20 feet to the rear of his house
and three feet from the side lot line,, He would like to build
an addition to his house to its near, which would then be 8 feet
from the garage. According to tie Ordinance, if a garage is
20 feet or more away from the hoase. it may be three feet from
the property line; if less than 220 feet; it must be 5 feet from the
side lot line, hence this request for variance..
