Request: Preliminary Registered Land Survey Approval
This item represents a condition of approval of Application 78002 which was
approved by the City Council on February 27, 1978 regarding a special use
permit for the Summit State Bank. The proposed registered land survey constitues
a resubdivision of an existing registered land survey which will assure that all
buildings and facilities related to the bank operation are contained within a
single parcel.
It is anticipated that in the future there will be additional subdivision
activity in this area as it develops.
The Director of Public Works will be prepared to comment in detail on the
proposal.
Approval would be subject to the following conditions:
1. Final R.L.S. is subject to approval by the City Engineer.
2. Final R.L.S. is subject to the requirements of Chapter 15 of the
City Ordinances.
