The 6pplicant's property es destribed as Lct 2, Bioak 4+ Twin
Lake Woods Addi.tidn, which teas platted in 1947. The property
has 226.0 it. frontage on Twin bake Boulevard, and an'elfoctive
I*t depth pf 117.5 ft. bn the north and 1$3 ft. on the. south.
The applicant's house is located in the middle of the property;
a large inlet -lagoon is located ch the northerly portion.
The applicant ,prapoar�a dividing the IQt into three pareele in
1966 Mpplication Into. 660451 and the Commission recommedded denial
noting that a two lot division would be acaepteble. The item was
not presented to the Counail. The reccnunendati.on for denial was
apparently based upon the faotoYe of the inlet-12goon, the. 10cahic o.
of the horse, and the shape and size of the lot.
Who proposed plat comprehends the creation of 8 new -lot at the
southerly end of tine property, the new lot: line would be 10 feet
froin the e��istinq house. While the new lot would havb an odd
configuration, due to a devia4ion in the south lot line, the
minimum requirements of the Subdivision ordinance are met.
Approval would be subject to the following conditions;
