Hansen for Brooklyn Center Industrial Park Location: Shingle Creek Parkway and Xerxes Avenue North Request: Preliminary Registered Land Survey Approval On July 10, 1978 the City Council approved Application No. 78036 consisting of a special use and site and building plan approval for a 155,314 sq. ft. speculative industrial and office building on the site which is on the northwest corner of the Industrial Park in the area north of Shingle Creek Parkway and Xerxes Avenue North. One of the conditions of that approval is that, prior to occupancy of the new building, the property shall be subdivided by plat or registered land survey. This application is in response to that condition. The Director of Public Works has reviewed the matter with the applicant and recommends that replatting include the Shingle Creek greenstrip from 69th Avenue to I-94 and for identification purposes have separate tracts for the area where the proposed Shingle Creek Parkway will pass over Shingle Creek and the area where the existing Freeway Boulevard passes over Shingle Creek. Notice of public hearing has been published. Approval would be subject to the following conditions: 1. Final R.L.S. is subject to review by the City Engineer. 2. Final R.L.S. is subject to the requirements of Chapter 15 of the City Ordinances. 7-13-78 cftj I
