I am returning a copy of your site plan, stamped approved, as you propose to its construction and location in the parking lot. Also, I wish to remind you that a condition of your site and building plan approval was that all roof -top mechanical equipment shall be screened from public viewing, in a manner approved by the City. Generally, this is achieved by wood fencing similar to your proposed trash enclosure screening. Curing a recent routine review of the site and building, I noted the precast concrete caps were never installed to cover the exposed brick ledge on all four corners of vhenbthedweatherThis waswas suitablehtotaccomplishattention eitherabyrthepre- tely two months ago, cast cap as shown, or a poured -in -place cement wash. The roof -top screening and the capping of the brick ledge shall be completed also before the site improveriient bond will be relc-ased by the City.
