The appl:Lcant is seeking site and building plan approval
for a 4,266 square Loot comanercial building to The located
on the property northerly of the Goodyear Tire Center
on Xerxes Avenue. The proposed structure is intended
to house a small finance office and a retail electronics
store.
The proposed building would house an office for the House-
hold Finance Corporation as well as a !,afeyette Electronics
Store. A partial basement area is indicated i-,hich would

the applicant. has been informed that they will be brought to

3. Indication of an underground lawn sprinkling system.

Dear Mr. Ulmen,
This is in response to your letter of November 25 to Blair Tremere, regarding
your proposal for screening the trash container at the above referenced
property.
I am returning a copy of your site plan, stamped approved, as you propose to
its construction and location in the parking lot.
Also, I wish to remind you that a condition of your site and building plan
approval was that all roof -top mechanical equipment shall be screened from
public viewing, in a manner approved by the City. Generally, this is achieved
by wood fencing similar to your proposed trash enclosure screening.
Curing a recent routine review of the site and building, I noted the precast
concrete caps were never installed to cover the exposed brick ledge on all
four corners of vhenbthedweatherThis

two months ago,
cast cap as shown, or a poured -in -place cement wash.
The roof -top screening and the capping of the brick ledge shall be completed
