1) This application was heard by the Commissiou at its June 30, 1966,
L.neeting. It was tabled following the closing of the public hearing
that evening to allow the Commission sufficient time, to study pertinent

zoned land in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance would be 246
versus the 276 presently proposed by the developers.
