Using the distances and angle provided in Do-, 3392376 would result in the right of way of Sate Trunk Highway No. 52 being about 12 fat west of what the 1981 corrections call for, Possible solutions to
the problem are: 1) Corrective deeds be obtained from the State of Mimesota 2) Registering the property boundaries (torten procedure) 3) platting the property m described and dedicating the right fway to
the State of Minnesota. Please consult with an expdienced title attorney to discuss the options.
