I have your inquiry of March loth asking if a single family residence
dwelling could be counted as one unit of a multiple dwelling construction
program so as to make available the lot area of the house` computing minimum
lot area for the total multiple dwelling program. ,1l;
In my opinion it cannot be. It is not a multiple dwelling building.
It therefore must have minimum lot requirements prescribed for e single
family dwelling.
