BACKGROM,i) :
1) A special use permit For the rental of trailers was issued
February 1.7, 1964, but no mention of signing for that purpose
was made, The following is the Council's action of that date:
"IdeLion by Henry Dorff and seedndad by John Leary to uphold
the action of the Planning Commission and approve application
64006 submitted by Brooklyn Center Shell Station and approve
a Special Use Permit to store and rent trailers, lotion
carried unanimously."
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
1) The Commission should be aware of the fact that this station is
in violation of Section 3&-701 by parking trailers,, cans, or
seivice vehicles within 15 feet of the street ;sight-ofway,.
This situation may have developed from the fact that the number
of trailer uuits allowed, and their place of storage was not
stated in the special use permit, This point should not be
tkought of as being appiicable only to this station, as there
are probably like offenders elsewhere,
