BACKGROUND:
1) Mr and Mm Isaac operated, for a number of years, both a beauty
shop and a men's barber shop in the basement of their home at
6738 Osseo Road, As the property was zoned B3, no special use
permission was required for a special home occupation,. The
home into which Mrs. Isaac is now moving., however, is an RI
zone, and the special permit is a requirement in that zone.
POINTS TO BE CONSIdEREd:
1) The standards for special uses set out in Section 35-231 of the
