The applicant is seeking site and building plan approval for an approximate
8,800 sq. ft. office building on the Cl zoned property at 6417 Brooklyn Boulevard.
The property is currently owned by the Brook Park Dental Clinic, 6437 Brooklyn
Boulevard, and the applicant is in the process of purchasing the property pro-
vided a parking agreement can be worked out whereby a number of parking spaces
can be provided for the dental clinic on this site. Application No. 78067
submitted by Dr. Gregory Swenson contemplates a special use permit for off -site

ordinance requires a four ft. high opaque fence or wall or City Council approved
