The Council moved to direct the preparation of a resolution setting forth the Council"s iindinC4 in approving the application (No. 68035) and further directed the Building inspector to issue a partial building permit to the applicant. August 5, 1968 - preliminary plat approval, Mr. Christy and Mr. Robloins appeared before the City Council to support Applicaticn No. 68037 requesting preliminary plat approval which would include the recently acquired parcel of property immediately south of 62r_d Avenue into the Brookdale Chrysler --Plymouth plarat,. A draft resolution submitted in response to the Council directive of July 22, 1968 was introduced and discussed. 1/Ir, Gerald Tacheny attended the meeting for the purpose of discussing ,poise which emanates from the west door of the Brookdale Chrysler -Plymouth property.
