The, applicarit is the prospective `,i*°er for the ser-vic.c, station which suss Iasi:
revie=ved as to site and budlding amendments in 10,67. Service stations are
special uses in the C-2 district.
There are several de- icie Iles on this site 'which are attributed to lack of
rmintenance and/or failure to initially install certain improvements.

4. Grading, paving and curbing shall be subject to review and approval
�- by the City Engineer.
5. Installation of approved peralanent concrete curb along the east edge o
the paved driving area razy be deferred -for up to Wo years, pending re--
developrsent of the property to the east, provided:
a. Notwithstanding the above conditions, the C i ty nzy require in-
