use permit to permit the rental of
trucks and trailers at 6810 Osseo Road.
in 1963 a special use permit was granted to the user's of
this property for the purpose of renting trailers., The
Staff mace an. inspection of the property on August 29, 1.970,
and it appeared that there were no particular problems with
the existing trailer rental service.
RECC3MENDAT ION
The Staff would recommend approval providing the trucks
to be rented are stored at the rear of the property behind
the existing building,
.It is further recommended that the permit be reviewed can
an annual basis.
