The applicant proposes to reopen the former Budget Power stoke for the retail sale of auto pa:•i:s and accessories. The present site is highly deficient in minimum improvements such as parking spaces, paving, curbing, and cs:ainage. The proposed improvements won -I'd substantially upgrade the site and are virtually identical Y.o those approved for this property by the City Council in 1972 (Application No. 72012) . in addition to pavirzg, curbi t,g, curb -cut widening and landscaping, the applicant plans to remove the existing walkway and dock on the south side of the building. Plans also call for the demolition of the old garage attached to tho gear of the main structure. The amount of parking spaces is less than ordinance requirements for a nevi facility.
