The applicant is recsuest og site and building plan approval
fCr a 1,000 squa-"e foOt addition to the existing store nud
warehouse. The addition will be built of steel and mesonry
and will have a fare resi,tive separa;:ior, front the exi.stiiig
building. The old garage located on the South side of the
warehouse will be removed and the driving bad parking area,
will be upgraded to comply with code. A campy will be
added to the front of the -retail area with an attempt
being made to irlprove the appearance of the establishment.
