Request: Special Use Permit
The applicant seeks a special use permit to operate a nursery school at the
Brookdale Covenant Church.
The facility would be for 3-5 year olds during the weekday mornings, September
May.
The arem;ses have been inspected by the Building Official who has informed the
applicant of necessary improvements.
The maximum number of students is 28, unless an audible fire alarm system is
installed,
A pub4ic hearing has been scheduled.
Approval would be subject to the following:
1. The permit is issued to the applicant as operator of the
facility and is not transferable.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable ordinances, codes,
and regulations and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation.
3. A copy of the current state license shall be kept on file
with the City.
4. The permit is subject to annual review.
