of Hennepin. Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway pur-
poses over and upon the undivided 289,240/336,308ths of said Tracts I

Reserving a non-exclusive easement for roadwaypurposes over and upon

line of Tract J being a circular curve to the left having a radius

actual point of beginning of said Line A, thence Westerly, radial
to said curve, to a point in the Westerly line of said Tract J and
there terminating;

Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes over
the balance of said Tracts I and K.
