Dear Mr. Anderson: Re: S. P. 2742 (TH 152)
In reply to your letter dated March 16, 1962, concerning
the Brooklyn Center State Bank sign, the proposed sign would be
located at Station 40+90±. The right of way required at this
Point is 83 feet from the centerline southbound roadway, or 39
feet from the centerline northbound roadway, plus an additional
ten feet slope easement.
Your request that the sign be placed five feet from the
property line encroaches on our slope easement this amount, which
appears to work out satisfactorily with our contemplated expansion
of Trunk Highway 152.
Our Right of Way Division states they have no objections to
this encroachment as long as we have your written request on file.
