POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED 1) Section 3-102.7 of the City Ordinance requires the building to be fire sprinklered which will require details of their proposed water connection. 2) Building Codes require two exits on each floor spaced apart at least 1/5 the distance of the perimeter. 3) Exterior building materials. 4) Concrete curbing.
