2) The existing home will be removed and an office will be
built to house Fireside Realty.
3) The two floor building will have the upper floor fronting
Osseo Road and the lower level a walk out to the rear on
Beard Avenue.
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED
1) Section 3-102.7 of the City Ordinance requires the
building to be fire sprinklered which will require
details of their proposed water connection.
2) Building Codes require two exits on each floor spaced
apart at least 1/5 the distance of the perimeter.
3) Exterior building materials.
4) Concrete curbing.
