A public hearing has been scheduled.
A similar application was approved under itein No. 74002.
It should be clearly established that the proposed use is incidental
and secondary to the residential character of the premises in-
clLdyz� :pie garage. The ordinance intent is not to permit creation
of small scale commercial mechanical shops.
There appears to be adequate parking on the site.
Approval would be subject to the following conditions:
1. The use shall conform to all applicable ordinance provisions,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation of
the permit.
2. Where shall be no outside storage of materials involved
in the permitted use.
