BACKGROUND:

program to improve the identification of its dealer-
ships through a standardized system of signs.
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
1) Brookdale Ford has approximately 25,000 square feet of
gross floor area. These three freestanding signs have
a total area of around 300 square feet.
2) The proposed Sign Ordinance would permit one freestanding
sign along County Road No. 10, with a maximum sign area
of 250 square feet and a maximum height of 32 feet above
the first floor level.
3) The proposed signs are intended to replace 5 freestanding
signs that were approved under Application No. 65049.
