POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
1) The structure proposed to be built is a used car sales
office in the used vehicle sales area to the west of the
main building on the Brookdale Ford property. The building
is proposed to be approximately 30 feet by 45 feet, with a
loss of about si,c parking spaces where the building will
be located, but a gain of 10 parking spaces by removal of
an"island" now existing in the parking lot.
