the east 149.78 feet, north one-half and south one-half.
The applicant lives at 5431 Camden Avenue North (N]�) , and has also owned, for many
Years, the 14.78 feet between the rear line of 5427 Cainden AvenueNorth and the east
line of the park. In short, the neighbor's lot at 5427 Camden Avenue (Sjj of Lot 3)
is 135 -Feet deep, rather than 149.78 Feet as the appl gran�.'s lot.
The applicant: wants to convey the 14.78 feet portion to the neighbor through iretes
and boi ills description.
