POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED,
1) Most all of the lots in the Bellvue Acres Addition,
of which the subject property .is a party were
originally 126 feet wide. More than 80% of the
original lots have been subdivided into substandard
lots with many having 63 feet,, or less, frontage.
