PLANNING COMMISSION INFORMATION
Application No. 57024
Applicant: Roland L. Erickson
Description of i1equest: Approval of a preliminary plat of
Parcels 2410, 2515, 2630, 2700, and
5825, Auditor's Subdivision No. 309.
Property: As above
Owner of Property: .toland Erickson, et al
BACKGROUND:
None
POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
1) The plat conforms to the standards for residential
plats set out in the City's ordinances. Three outlots
have been left for future platting due to the fact that
they would involve the use of half -streets if platted
now, and also because they are difficult to serve
economically with utilities.
STAFF CO.: KENTS :
1) It is recommended that a strip of land at least 30
feet in width be required for roadway purposes along
Lyndale Avenue to provide for the possible future
development of a service road.
