Three outlots have been left for future platting due to the fact that they would involve the use of half -streets if platted now, and also because they are difficult to serve economically with utilities. STAFF CO.: KENTS : 1) It is recommended that a strip of land at least 30 feet in width be required for roadway purposes along Lyndale Avenue to provide for the possible future development of a service road.
