Dear Mr. Deutsch:
This is in response to your letter of January 1, 1976, regarding the proposed
division of the above property submitted on behalf of Angeline Bestler and
Mr. and Mrs. David Brandvold.
The abob- division by metes and bounds description has not been approved by the
City Council, as required by State statutes and Brooklyn Center Subdivision regu-
lations. The item as a metes and bounds division should not be processed further,
therefore, until such division is approved.
You should be informed that a registered land survey
has been approved by the City Council, and has been
Survey No. 1406. In that context, this letter is a
City Council as a matter of policy normally does no
metes and bounds description.
